• We were founded in 2010 and started in the Fascinating Rhythm Dance Studio in York, S.C. Three years later, we moved to our current Rock Hill location.
• We started out strictly teaching Kung Fu. We now consider ourselves a true Martial Arts center.
• Our philosophy is simple: Traditional Martial Arts are effective tools for self-defense while also teaching valuable life skills.
• We like to have fun. Seriously.

We take great pride in offering high-quality instruction in various Martial Arts including Kali, Isshinryu Karate, Tai Chi, and Northern Shaolin Kung Fu. We aim to train the minds, bodies, and spirits of our students.

How, you ask?

While we're teaching students how to butterfly kick like a boss, we also focus on developing their moral character and work ethic. Discipline is paramount. Dilegence is necessary and of course fun is ineveitable.
